NANDHI HILL VIEW PU College was commenced in the year 2023 under the aegis of Nandi Rural Education Trust. College is affiliated to Karnataka Pre-University Education Board and is one of the best PU College in Chikkaballapur. At Nandhi Hill View PU College, we provide holistic teaching to the students through classroom, practical and value added teaching. Our science department demonstrates various experiments in labs which are supplemented through classroom teaching. This provides a better understanding of the concepts and a better application of the various subjects. Various seminars are conducted on career development which gives information about the opportunities students have after the pre-university level. In addition to the classroom practical training we prepare our students to deal with the competitive world by conducting various test and exams. The courses we offer in Science Includes PCMB, PCMC which enables students to pursue B. Tech, B.Sc, BCA, Bio-Tech. Commerce course includes CEBA, SEBA which enables students to pursue B.Com, BBA, BCA.

The college adapts the Learning Management System (LMS) system to increase the frequency to report attendance data, class and examination schedule in a standard manner. The system automatically triggers the text message to the parents regarding the absence of their child for the classes.
Annual college day celebrated every academic year in the month of December. Inter class competitions is conducted every academic year in the month of August to nurture the talents of young minds. Students are encouraged to participate in various inter college competitions and win prizes.
NHVPU has a unit of NCC which aims at developing discipline, character, brotherhood and ideals of selfless service amongst young citizens. It also motivates the young to choose a career in Armed Forces.
The college embraces the mentoring system to build stronger, close, healthy and supportive relationship between teacher and the student. Each mentor is given a set of 25 students who closely monitor the academic progress, attendance, socio psychological aspects of each student and thereby improving the mentee's academic skills.
Parent teacher meeting is conducted two to three times in a year to establish a rapport and develop a common goal that focuses on helping the child have the best college experience possible and to discuss on the progress of the student.
NANDHI HILL VIEW PU College organises Annual Science Exhibition every year in the month of December to cultivate scientific thrust among students and orientation programs on various subjects are offered to students and faculty.Recreation trip is organized at the end of every academic year.
